Alcaraz began playing tennis at the age of four, inspired by his father, a former tennis academy director. His prodigious talent was evident early, and under the guidance of former world No. 1 Juan Carlos Ferrero, Alcaraz honed his skills and developed a complete game. He turned professional in 2018 at just 15 years old and steadily climbed the ATP rankings.

In 2022, Alcaraz made history by becoming the youngest player to claim the world No. 1 ranking after his maiden Grand Slam victory at the US Open. His victory over seasoned players like Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic in other tournaments highlighted his ability to perform against the best under pressure.

Alcaraz’s playing style is characterized by powerful groundstrokes, deft drop shots, and an aggressive approach to the net. Coupled with exceptional speed and endurance, his game is both thrilling and adaptable across surfaces.

Off the court, Alcaraz is admired for his humility and work ethic, earning him a loyal fan base. With multiple titles already to his name and the promise of a long career ahead, Carlos Alcaraz is poised to become one of the defining players of his generation.
