NO / FAITH STUDIOS was founded in 2016 by then-16-year-old Luis Dobbelgarten. What began in a nondescript brick building in Cologne, with a vision and a screen printing machine, has since turned into a globally recognized project, known for its darkly romantic universe and frayed denim ensembles. The trailblazing fashion label is now on a clear-cut path to position itself as an established brand in the eyes of tastemakers, consumers, and industry professionals alike.
In NO / FAITH STUDIOS’ infancy, Luis Dobbelgarten realized that re-cutting ready-made samples were restricting the outcome of his distinct designs, quickly making the switch to a cut-and-sewn manufacturing process. Since then, the label has produced an evolving lineage of leather goods and denim pieces, all elevated by an ambitious and uncompromising approach to pattern-making. With an eye for 2000s aesthetics, coarse fabrics, and unique silhouettes, the now 22-year-old creative prodigy behind the brand has already created conspicuous classics, among which his iconic frayed and flared denim pants in different variations remain a fan favorite.
