Faithful to the brand's DNA, Alborzi designs patterns based on traditional Cufic calligraphy, the earliest extant of the Muslim handwritten alphabet, and takes inspiration from Victor Vasarelyin's optical games, as well as Van Gogh and Arthur Rimbaud's work.
