He is a San Francisco Bay Area native, where he studied business and art. He began bartending right out of college (in his first life) for over 15 years in a variety of pubs, restaurants, and night clubs. In Barsoap - Life Behind Bars Vol. 1, he has integrated and woven years of "interesting", real-world experiences from that time in his life into this work. He currently has Barsoap - Life Behind Bars Vol. 2, and a sci-fi novel entitled, Confessions of a Creator, in his pipeline for 2021. In addition to being an author, he is a graphic designer and audiobook narrator. He designed all art for the book cover the companion guide. He has also narrated the audiobook version. Author Manjula is an educator who holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Education. She was born in Kolar, a small town known for the gold mines. She used to be a faculty member at Aptech Computer education and later went on to be the regional technical support executive at Aptech Ltd Mumbai. She took a small break from her career and re-joined teaching Java programming in an ICSE school. She relocated to Bangalore for her son’s education and decided to focus on writing. She self-published her first novel ‘Three boons give and take’ in the year 2016. It is the story of how Mother Earth is exploited by human beings. The thought of writing a book occurred to him while he was in the twelfth grade. Very often he used to have discussions hours after dinner on various topics. He used to narrate stories from ancient history in such gatherings. He used to present his interpretation and some research on the topics. His friends used to find these interesting and liked them. It was then that his friends urged him to write a book, and he took it up seriously. Initially, he wrote a lot of short stories, but many he did not like.
